ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Marketing Manager at Peloton, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing efforts, overseeing 360-degree campaign execution, strategic planning, and event management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that encompass both acquisition and awareness initiatives. This role requires a versatile marketing professional with strong stakeholder management skills (internal + external) and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing channels. 


The role is Berlin-based and fixed-term for 12 months.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Own end-to-end management of campaigns, events and programs to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 
  • Drive collaboration with local agency partners (creative + media)
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization recommendations, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders 
  • Day-to-day support on operational marketing tasks 
  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage events and experiential marketing activities to engage customers and enhance brand visibility. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with expertise in 360° campaign execution and strategic thinking. 
  • Strong understanding of acquisition and awareness strategies, with a track record of driving results.
  • Experience in event management and experiential marketing.
  • Native proficiency in German and fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify data-driven insights and get results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with presenting to agencies and internal partner teams in German and English
  • Passionate about bringing fitness everywhere to anyone and eager to learn
