Devsu is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager with a sharp focus on the U.S. market, to join our team remotely from Latin America. This strategic role is crucial for someone with a deep understanding of U.S. technology trends and the ability to craft marketing strategies that resonate with U.S. companies. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead our efforts in creating impactful marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing our brand presence among U.S. companies.

As the lead of our marketing team, you will not only strategize but also implement a broad range of B2B marketing programs. Your leadership will ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive, targeted, and effective, leveraging your expertise to penetrate the competitive U.S. tech market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • U.S. Market Strategy: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that align with the needs and trends of U.S. tech companies, ensuring Devsu’s offerings are compelling and relevant.
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and empower the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives and monitor performance to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns specifically tailored to attract U.S. companies, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels for maximum impact.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the U.S. technology market, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform strategic decisions and marketing tactics.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content and marketing materials that speak directly to U.S. businesses, showcasing Devsu’s value proposition.
  • Performance Analytics: Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize reach and engagement within the U.S. market.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and PeopleOps teams to ensure a unified approach to the U.S. market, leveraging insights and feedback to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on the U.S. market, preferably within the technology or software development industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have significantly increased engagement and revenue from U.S. companies.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with U.S. audiences.
  • Solid experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with a track record of achieving and surpassing marketing goals.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords (certification is a must), and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at making data-driven decisions to steer marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial-minded, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
