Coda is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing to join our dynamic Partnerships Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase our market presence amongst our important partners such as gaming publishers, live streaming companies, distributors, and payment channels. This includes—but isn’t limited to—developing our account-based marketing (ABM) practice, event marketing, and other digital strategies involving B2B marketing channels. You will also be evolving our corporate website into a top tier tool and destination for partner discovery, engagement, and lead generation. The role reports to and will be a key strategic collaborator with the Senior Marketing Director, Partnerships and Go-To-Market (GTM).
Responsibilities:

B2B Marketing: Maintain and optimize an account-based marketing (ABM) practice along with comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Lead Management and Content Marketing: Drive lead generation and nurturing through various channels, including but not limited to: email marketing, social media, event marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid media.

Project Management: Act as the main point of contact for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Coda is working with. Manage and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enrich the customer journey.

Reporting & Analytics: Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing channels, and report on ROI.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify partner needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Brand and Design, and Communications teams to create compelling marketing content such as creative writing, image assets, landing pages, videos, and case studies to promote our products and services.

Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Go-To-Market, Digital Marketing, Product, Product Operations, Global Partnerships, and Data Science to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 6+ Years of proven work experience in B2B Marketing Lead or similar role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation and B2B growth.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the gaming, live streaming or content distribution industries is a plus.
- Experience managing others and working collaboratively across the organization.
