As our Senior Marketing Manager, your mission will include:

  • Holistic Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all available channels, from content creation to distribution through outbound activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
  • Execute key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, providing regular updates (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Integrate campaign strategies across different platforms, including social media, email, web, events, and emerging digital channels, to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Enhance brand visibility and position in the market, ensuring our message resonates with the target audience.
  • Implement tactics designed to attract and convert qualified leads, optimizing each touchpoint for maximum conversion efficiency.
  • -Develop and execute both organic and paid ABM strategies, targeting key accounts with personalized campaigns that speak directly to their needs and decision-making processes.

  • Analytical mindset and approach (calculating conversion, optimization, CAC etc.)
  • Use data-driven methodologies to constantly test and evaluate the success of campaigns and activities, inform the decision-making processes, focus on optimizing conversion rates, minimizing Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)

  • Customer Insight 
  • Conduct detailed research to thoroughly understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying their needs and challenges to tailor marketing strategies effectively. Research market trends and propose changes and innovations based on market analysis.

  • Content Strategy & Website Optimization
  • Strategic ownership of the company’s website to maximize lead conversion rates through thoughtful design and content updates. Our website is our digital storefront; you are the store’s manager, ensuring our digital storefront is attractive, accessible, frequently visited, and optimized for sales.

  • Collaborative Teamwork
  • Engage in intra- and cross-team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams. Stay informed of the latest developments to update or optimize our go-to-market strategies, messaging, and landing pages and drive measurable increases in conversion rates.

Here's an example of what your week might look like:

  • Chairing the Marketing Weekly meeting to ensure a systematic approach to discussing, reviewing, and tracking the progress of various marketing initiatives. This is crucial for maintaining alignment within the team and fostering a collaborative environment to meet our quarterly strategic goals.
  • Campaign management, planning and execution of both inbound and outbound marketing activities, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
  • Analyzing current and past campaign results, reviewing upcoming leads with the team, and assessing channel efficiency to optimize future efforts. Manage funnels with multiple touchpoints and target accounts to drive ABM strategies.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure marketing initiatives significantly contribute to overall business goals and objectives. Gather insights from Sales and Delivery Teams to forge campaigns and narratives with the rest of the Marketing Team.
  • Document processes, insights, results, and best practices for reference.

What We Expect from You:

  • Comprehensive, end-to-end marketing project/campaign management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to oversee and carry out marketing campaigns, from creating messaging and marketing funnels to hypothesis testing, scheduling, channel selection, execution, and results reporting.
  • Driving initiatives that significantly contribute to overall business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful marketing initiatives and campaigns. Someone who leads complex projects in the field of expertise with exceptional results.
  • Proficiency and experience in using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Experienced in internal and senior management reporting with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in inbound and outbound channels and ABM methodologies across both channels.
  • Proficient in funnel management and optimization.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Sharing constructive feedback on performance (and underperformance) to team members, contractors, and vendors.

  • Nice to haves: Experience with HubSpot and with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
