1. Market/list research to build a hygienic and healthy database.
2. Responsible on the production of marketing materials to promote the trade show
3. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to engage audiences, and undertake campaign planning and execution for multi-channel and cross device marketing by proposition to deliver campaign metrics.
4. Translate marketing strategies into practical campaign execution metrics including acquisition targets, customer engagement and retention targets, brand awareness and new proposition development and other innovation goals.
5. Implement content strategy with wider marketing and related teams (e.g. Creative), to define specific content, customer experience and target journeys by channel and specific measurable goals to inform optimization and ROI.
6. Effectively manage project timelines, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Manage processes and platforms to ensure appropriate visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion and channel attribution.
8. Leverage in depth audience understanding to better target / personalize marketing content that resonate with audiences at the right time.
9. Onsite event management including but not limited to
- Supervision of visitor registration areas and temps
- Supervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured
- Obtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes
10. Management of websites and execution of e-newsletters, as well as using the analytics to improve the marketing campaigns
11. Management of social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Telegram Channel
