Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Ternopil (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJ, USA).

Responsibilities:

  • With the help of sales and account managers teams establish and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand potential client’s main goals and needs.
  • Ensure proper internal communication - translate client’s needs into specific actions.
  • Provide guidance and consultancy for the clients on proper Omnichannel IT ecosystem (planforms, integration, etc.).
  • Provide support with strategical and tactical planning of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Design and construct Customer Journeys in Marketing Automation tools when it is needed. Or closely collaborate with other specialists on this kind of task.
  • Prepare complex reports on campaign results for the clients with suggestions for improvement.
  • Disseminate expertise within the company to help account managers and sales develop their accounts in Omnichannel-related services.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge in the marketing automation area.
  • Core understanding of how digital marketing IT ecosystem should be built and function.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, etc.).
  • Experience with all core communication channels: email, SMS, messengers, webinars, social media, paid ads, etc.
  • Project management and marketing/digital campaign coordination and planning experience.
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented skills as a must.
  • Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop.
  • Team player who is able to create and maintain a collaborative and inspiring work environment. 
  • High level of autonomy in the work on the project.
