The Role
As the Senior Website Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Wpromote’s online strategy, managing our website, and enhancing the overall website experience. You will focus on increasing website traffic, optimizing user journeys, managing website content, and improving key performance metrics such as bounce rates and conversion rates. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to the Wpromote Agency Marketing Account team, acting as an advocate for the agency's marketing initiatives and ensuring that our internal marketing efforts align with the agency marketing team’s objectives. The Senior Manager, Website Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Demand Generation based on the West Coast.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $95,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be
- Overseeing the Wpromote website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversions
- Regularly update and manage website content, and implement strategies to drive traffic and engagement
- Analyzing and improving the user journey on the website, from entry points to conversion, to enhance engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximize conversion rates
- Monitoring website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
- Developing and executing a content strategy for the website that aligns with the overall brand and marketing objectives, collaborating with content creators and the creative team
- Implementing and testing strategies to improve conversion rates across the website (CRO), including A/B testing, personalization, and landing page optimization
- Acting as a primary point of contact for the Wpromote Agency Marketing Account team within the agency client success team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to execute the agency account plan effectively
- Working closely with the Demand Generation Marketing team to monitor and analyze the performance of agency-led marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and driving strategic recommendations
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, including the Brand, Creative, and Content teams, to ensure all digital marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the broader marketing strategy
- Providing regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and actionable next steps.
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, traffic growth, and conversion optimization
- Strong experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools, A/B testing, and CRO strategies
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing websites to achieve growth targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
