Value Added Services (VAS) is a key growth strategy for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to enable accelerated revenue growth in VAS for Asia Pacific by driving scalable, predictable and repeatable sales outcomes in a data driven manner. The team collaborates closely with senior leadership as well as functional teams including Generalist and Specialist sellers, VAS solution owners, Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working closely with both Hub and market leaders.

Given the small size of our team, the role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to handle different types of work. The ideal candidate would be ambitious, commercially minded, have a keen understanding of what drives business success, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Establish scalable and repeatable GTM strategies and processes that can be applied across different products and services
- Ensure that VAS products align to local/regional client needs, are clearly positioned, are appropriately priced for target Sales channels, and have an effective Sales narrative.
- Develop centralized assets and frameworks to streamline the GTM process in region, such as client and market segmentation, sales journey mapping, competitive intelligence, penetration and whitespace analyses, etc.
- Partner with solution and sales enablement teams to drive activation of global sales plays in region
- Partner with VAS leadership to identify opportunities to accelerate revenue across VAS functions and establish a streamlined GTM implementation framework to capture these opportunities efficiently.
- Assess feasibility of VAS solutions for rollout into Asia Pacific markets and provide regional and global colleagues with local market requirements and customizations that will influence VAS expansion strategies.
- Streamline VAS pricing strategy and execution in the region by steering the development of pricing principles, creating and maintaining pricing roadmaps, as well as systematic approaches to evaluate client impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in region and global to ensure alignment and consistency in GTM strategies.
- Contribute to other VAS strategic initiatives as needed, acting as a subject matter expert on VAS capabilities as well as strategic vision.
- Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Currently working in a reputable multinational organization adept, at navigating the complexities of a matrix structure, with 10 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, MS etc). Preferably in Digital payments, Technology or Financial services, but not a must.
- Excellent understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and sales optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in consultative selling, preferably in B2B, and collaborating with sales teams to help clients understand the benefits of products and services.
- Natural curiosity to learn about new products and systems and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and articulate key benefits to stakeholders.
- “Out of the box” thinker with a track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.

- High degree of agility in thinking and behavior, and comfort with ambiguity
