The individual will be responsible for the Global Shared Services P2P team in the Finance group Will provide ongoing leadership for the P2P Process and be responsible for the direct oversight of global AP processing and travel expense reporting. This position will be responsible for the oversight of teams on varying shifts as this team will support multiple time-zones
This position requires excellent communication skills given this individual will be interacting with our local controllers and handling global inquiries on a daily/weekly basis. This position will also be responsible for ongoing global communications/ training regarding process changes and policy expectations.
Note: The role would require the person to work from our Mumbai Office at least 2 days a week.

Role and key deliverables:
Supplier setup and validation process
Invoice processing
Weekly payment reviews/approvals
Integration of acquired companies
Travel software administration and processing
Reconciliation activities
Audit, supplier and internal inquires
Professional degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Other Program / Supplemental Training: Exposure to or understanding of ITIL processes (or equivalent) is a BIG PLUS
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of experience in global shared service center managerial role; change management experience would be an advantage.
Computer skills:
Knowledge in the financial system and reporting tools (experience in QAD ERP a plus).
Expert in Google Sheet and other Google Suite, MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Blackline, and other reporting tools preferred.
Other knowledge / skills:
Confidence and consistent track record to successfully communicate (oral & written) within & outside the function
Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks while working with deadlines.
Highly organized with phenomenal attention to detail.
Aptitude to work closely with a cross functional team and interact effectively with various stakeholders in senior management roles.
Ability to coach & mentor team members to drive results
