The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards, plays a key role in shaping, communicating, and executing ATPCO’s global Compensation & Benefits Strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring that our compensation framework and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global business goals. Reporting to the People and Culture team, this position supports ATPCO employees by enhancing their professional development, workforce management, wellness, and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Framework: Ensure that our global compensation structure is market-aligned and consistently implemented across all regions.
Benefits Programs: Design, implement, and manage global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintaining competitive offerings in the market.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on global compensation and equity regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Collaboration: Work closely with People and Culture team members and business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business goals.
M&A Integration: Partner with M&A project managers to standardize processes related to compensation and benefits during mergers and acquisitions. Develop and maintain an integration playbook while identifying areas for process improvement.
Compensation Advisory: Advise business partners and the talent acquisition team on compensation matters, including job evaluations and international mobility cases.
Global Benchmarking: Lead the global benchmarking process by analyzing industry survey data to ensure our total compensation programs are competitive.
Strategic Partnering: Act as a strategic partner in proposing and implementing total rewards programs that enhance ATPCO’s employee value proposition and retention efforts.
M&A Leadership: Lead due diligence and integration activities related to compensation and benefits through all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in employee benefits design and management, as well as compensation administration.
- Ability to manage employee wellness programs, recognition programs, and employee engagement survey strategies.
- Expertise in constructing comprehensive total rewards packages, including base salary, incentives, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation strategies and their effective implementation.
- Solid grounding in current HR practices, data analytics, service delivery, and support systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
