Your Job:
You will help define our strategy around technology that enables digitalization of our Supply Chain Execution processes – that enable supply chain business capabilities in and around Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash value streams. Specifically, digitalizing: Sourcing with Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management & Procurement, Inbound Transportation Management and Visibility, Inventory Control and Warehouse Management, Outbound Transportation Management and Logistics to support distribution to our warehouse and retailer network. Solutions in this portfolio would be Supply Chain Execution platform, Order Management System, Inventory Management System, Returns Management System, Warehouse Management System, etc.
In this role, you will execute strategic plans, lead implementation initiatives and continuous improvement of these solutions to optimize data integrity, operational efficiency and business outcome delivery.
This position requires a strong technical background in supply chain execution and fulfillment in the retail space, project/program management, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable supply chain execution capabilities, manage vendor relationships and lead support teams that will help the organization achieve and maintain a stable and responsive portfolio of applications. You will manage costs to budget and prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders, driving measurable value from the early to the late stages of such initiatives.
Given Brooks has a buy versus build strategy, you will lead a team charged with developing processes, integrating and configuring systems selected to meet the needs of the business leveraging the systems we have to their fullest capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including developers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Refine team processes that help remove friction for the team
- Set performance goals and expectations, conduct HR Sprint Reviews and implement strategies to ensure high team performance and morale
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth
Planning and Management
- Formulate and execute the strategy for Supply Chain Execution platform, aligning them with the organization's business objectives and growth plans
- Oversee the management of solution portfolio for Supply Chain Execution processes, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements
- Evaluate and prioritize objects based on strategic alignment, return on investment and risk
- Perform ongoing buy-build-customization analyses for current and future components of the portfolio, identifying opportunities for system modernization, integration, automation and rationalization
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the future vision and improvements for enterprise applications for Supply Chain Execution technologies
- Provide input to budget for applications in this portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
- Liaise with solution/service vendors and consultants to negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services
- Safeguard the reliability, availability and performance of our Supply Chain applications, implementing best practices for application life cycle management, including development, deployment, maintenance and support, as well as manage master data across applications
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with other IT team members and leaders to effectively deliver on cross-functional priorities
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that enterprise applications support their objectives
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations and upgrades
Supply Chain Execution Systems Management
- Manage the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of systems that support supply chain execution processes such as PO Execution Automation, Transportation Management, Inventory Management & Visibility, Control Towers, Order Management, Distribution, Trade Compliance and Warehouse Management to ensure they meet business needs
- Ensure that data integrity, consistency, and accuracy are maintained across integrated systems
- Ensure that end-users including our factory partners are properly trained and supported in using Supply Chain Execution platform, enhancing their efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience. Additional higher education and/or technical or supply chain professional certifications a plus!
- 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring/customizing, integrating and maintaining Supply Chain Applications in retail/wholesale industry, preferably with a fashion brand
- 5+ years in a leadership role accountable for Supply Chain Applications
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Tier 1 Supply Chain Execution Platforms such as Infor Nexus, Blue Yonder/One Network/JDA, etc.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Tier 1 Inventory and Order Management Systems for direct, wholesale and omnichannel fulfillment such as IBM Sterling OMoC, etc.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Tier 1 WMS & Distribution management technologies. Softeon or Manhattan Associates preferred
- Certifications in Project Management and ITIL, a plus
- Strategic-thinking and planning capability
- Expert in tactical capacity planning
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing large-scale IT project

- Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Resource Allocation: Ability to manage resources effectively, balancing competing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of the team’s capabilities
- Integrity and trust: High ethical standards and trustworthiness. Ability to act consistently with transparency and accountability
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $153,675 - $245,880 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
