RAPP Chicago is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy Enablement  to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Senior Manager you are part of the Strategy team which is responsible for enabling the roadmap and vision for our enterprise marketing platform. You will partner across multiple disciplines to define translate business needs into requirements for our technical teams so that we build the right solutions for our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather and document business needs, conduct analysis, and define roadmaps.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to define use cases and business requirements.
  • Efficiently map and maintain documentation for all relevant capabilities, systems, and applications to align with marketing objectives.
  • Identify dependencies and potential gaps in requirements and drive teams to address them.
  • Help inform technical requirements such as data compliance, accessibility, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure products are built to the right specifications.
  • Work with Quality Engineering teams to inform the right testing.
  • Work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.
  • Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role as a strategist, business analyst or product owner. Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or technical writing a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with martech platform, data, design & architecture concepts is required.
  • Experience in large scale enterprise transformation projects is desired.
  • Able to thrive independently given direction and objectives.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to compile, organize and synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Experience with business planning tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
