About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Marketing, to join our dynamic B2B Marketing team focused on optimizing every interaction with the ad buying community within key accounts across the purchase cycle. Reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives and drive success in our key verticals and strategic accounts. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to create targeted, account-specific marketing programs that resonate with our customers and prospects, ultimately driving revenue and strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify key strategic accounts and verticals for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for strategic accounts, including 360 campaign initiatives aligned with sales goals and objectives.
  • Be tip of spear for RFP responses for these key accounts, collaborating cross-functionally with sales marketing, events, media strategy, comms, and product teams to craft the perfect pitch.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of account-specific marketing programs, coordinating with product marketing, content, digital, events, and creative teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts, acting as a marketing liaison to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to strategic accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in strategic account marketing, vertical marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the video advertising sales process and how to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns tailored to specific accounts or verticals.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and articulate the impact of marketing activities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location:

  • This role is hybrid (in office 2-3 days/week) and must be within commuting distance of Tubi’s NYC Offices.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
