Senior Manager Software Engineering (Cortex)

Your Career

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to be a part of a growing engineering group with the mentality and independence of a startup, supported by the power of a successful corporation. You will design and build an infrastructure and data pipelines that support billions of events per second, storing, processing, and making them accessible and visible to the user while collaborating with the industry’s leading cyber products.

Your Impact

• You will be responsible for managing few teams and their managers, overseeing the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
• You will drive ideas and initiatives, making innovation a reality
• You will be building a team, ​​mentor, inspiring, support and helping your team members grow to be better professionals

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Passion to solve complicated problems, with “Can Do” attitude
• Experience in distributed cloud products, and big data architectures
• Experience with a variety of database and stream processing technologies (Cassandra / Google BigQuery Amazon Redshift / ElasticSearch / Mysql)
• Great time management, and ability to prioritize tasks for the team
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining a scalable server side application
• Experience in Go / Python - an advantage
• Experience with GCP - advantage
• Knowledge of the cyber field - advantage
