Main Purpose of Job
Our HR Technology and Transformation Team seeks a Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors - we require a highly skilled HR technology professional with experience in overseeing and managing complex HR implementations and projects within organizations. The Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation within HR organizations, enabling organizations to achieve their strategic goals through the effective use of HR technology.
The role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:

Core HR: Manages employee data, organizational structures, and core HR processes.

Recruiting: Oversees talent acquisition, applicant tracking, and onboarding.

Performance Management: Manages performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback processes.

Learning Management: Manages training programs, course catalogs, and learning analytics.

Succession Planning: Manages talent development, succession planning, and career paths.

Compensation: Manages compensation planning, variable pay, and equity.

Workforce Analytics: Utilizes data analytics to drive HR insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors:

Project Leadership: Leads complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Team Management: Manages and mentors a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants and project team members.

Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic HR technology solutions.

Solution Design and Configuration: Designs and configures SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client requirements, optimizing processes and maximizing system functionality.

Data Migration and Integration: Oversees data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Change Management: Manages change management initiatives, training end-users, and providing ongoing support.

Process Optimization: Identifies opportunities to optimize HR processes and leverage SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Resolves technical issues and provides solutions to complex problems.

Stay Updated: Stays up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, functionalities, and industry best practices.
Required Skills

Deep Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors: Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration.

Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP configuration, data migration, and integration.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.

HR Function Fluency - Ability to apply relevant HR functional knowledge to inform process and/or technology solutioning
Industry Experience
- 10+ years working experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- 3+ years in leading a team within a client-facing environment
- Can independently investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
- Has end-to-end project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation
- Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
- Experience in the following: Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Compensation, Time Management or Time Evaluation
- Hands on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the Employee Central module
