Senior Manager, Sales Finance

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Provide Sales finance leadership and drive Strategic Finance transformation across the organization.  
  • Partner to Sales President in helping set strategic direction, driving efficiency, and growing the business 
  • Collaborate across Sales finance and Corporate finance leadership to bring together initiatives across the organization 
  • Manage the overall Sales forecast, budgeting, and financial planning process. 
  • Breakdown financial results into meaningful insights and develop actionable strategies and recommendations to drive business decisions. 
  • Identify and monitor key business model drivers and measure performance against established financial goals. 
  • Create financial models and develop insightful financial reports. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal stakeholders and interact with key leaders across the company in support of the Sales team success 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, including 3+ years of management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study 
  • Experience in leading GTM finance at an enterprise SAAS company 
  • Ability to maintain a consistent and balanced presence with stakeholders to understand their objectives and effectively support them achieving those through technology solutions 
  • Skilled with influencing, collaborating, and driving large, complex transformations across highly matrix organizations 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills and ability to foster relationships 
  • Leading multiple initiatives with a scalable solution mindset and change agent for the organization. 
  • Strong proven leadership and management skills to direct, guide and mentor highly skilled teams. 
  • Ability to drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across organizations and teams 
  • Problem solving expertise and analytical skills with complimentary written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong analytical and financial planning experience to analyze financial data and develop recommendations to drive business decisions.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $155,600 - $272,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
