Why we need this role

Builder Studio and Builder Care require dedicated manpower on account of the volume and complexities involved in the operations of invoice generation and delivery, GST compliance, collection accounting and managing internal and external queries and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 10 years of global A/R, Billing and Invoicing experience 
  • Experience in Tech companies' revenue recognition as per India and International accounting standards ( ASC 606, IFRS 115, IND AS).
  • Managing revenue accounting, monthly/weekly reporting of multiple revenue streams and payment reconciliations.
  • Should be able to build controls around revenue reporting and develop a comprehensive revenue assurance ecosystem.
  • Assurance activities include identifying risks in the invoicing, and other revenue leakages as well as accounting risks and making mitigation plans.
  • Design and execute audits/checks to address the identified risks.
  • Understanding processes and taking ownership of process corrections/improvements.
  • Reconcile periodic cash receipts to the payment register
  • Experience working with NetSuite a plus
  • Should be a Chartered Accountant having 5+ years of experience.
  • Candidates coming from Big 4 with strong experience in revenue audits or revenue consulting projects will be preferred.
