Your Role:

  • Lead and manage retail sales operations for apparel and accessories, ensuring effective P&L management by directly overseeing revenue and gross margins.
  • Manage Large Format Retail (LFR) partners, including Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, and Decathlon, to drive sales and profitability.
  • Oversee retail operations, including inventory management, promotional activities, commercials, and marketing initiatives to ensure seamless store operations and sales growth.
  • Conduct market mapping and competition analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategic plans to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with agencies for on-ground activations such as kiosks, pop-ups, events, and stadium sales to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Must Have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in retail sales (apparel and accessories preferred).
  • Proven track record in P&L management: directly owning revenue and gross margins.
  • Experience in managing LFR partners (e.g., Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Decathlon).
  • Expertise in retail operations: inventory management, promotional activities, commercials, and marketing activities.
  • Experience in working with agencies for on-ground activations

Good to Have:

  • Experience in B2B sales operations: coordinating with corporates, sponsors, and license teams.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of stock transfer processes: purchase orders, taxation, compliance requirements for stock transfers.
