About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with experience in account-based marketing. Someone who has worked in B2B marketing and Luxury residential marketing in driving leads for high-value accounts through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives. 

They need to have a pulse on the business and focus on the target market, analyze trends and work towards improving marketing contribution to overall revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Account-based marketing for B2B business Private Office and Managed Office
  • Strategic leadership, deep research and analytical thinking in delivering the right leads for high-value accounts
  • Need to come up with partnership and event ideas and execute them which result in generating high-quality leads and nurturing leads 
  • Create effective plans for member retention to reduce churn through different platforms outside of digital. 
  • Work very closely with sales and inside sales team to understand occupancy, churn, and distressed building and develop strategies to increase marketing contribution to sales
  • Strategies on how we can build a stronger pipeline for new building launches
  • Stakeholder Management; work cross-functionally to define and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for our solutions and new products
  • Can think strategically in coming up with region-specific plans to increase occupancy in the scaling markets.

Education and Desired Qualifications: 

  • 10-12 years of experience in Account Marketing, B2B high value, long sales cycle marketing experience from the enterprise software. Residential Real Estate, luxury hospitality sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an MBA
  • Excellent people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Very strong understanding of the business, thinks and communicates with clarity and structure
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment 
  • Self-starter; able to determine own path to success, rather than needing extensive direction
  • Has the mindset of looking at Marketing as a sales-enabling tool as opposed to a cost-center
