We seek a Product Management and marketing professional to drive the adoption and proliferation of our industry-leading Network on-chip (NoC) product line across Arm and RISC-V-based semiconductor electronics.

In this Product Management and marketing role at Arteris, you will work with an expert team to define, support, and enable deployment of System IP cache-coherent chip interconnect/fabric solutions for some of the world’s most sophisticated automotive, communications, consumer electronics, enterprise computing, and industrial SoC designs.
Using your strong commercial and technical background in System design, SoC architecture,
Semiconductor IP, and your enthusiasm for technology, you will participate in customer
requirements gathering, product line definition, competitive analysis, product roadmap
planning and creation, and product promotion, launch, and sales enablement. This factory

consider both 3rd party commercial and in-house products.
  • You will collaborate with an expert team across Engineering, Sales and Field, Legal, Finance, and the rest of the Marketing team and support third-party ecosystem programs.
  • You will lead and grow the product line, including driving product core team meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and sales enablement.
  • You will ensure operational excellence and leadership team by leveraging processes and frameworks that drive results, effective decision-making, and clear accountability.
  • You will design and implement product marketing best practices and transformation initiatives to scale and grow the business.
  • You will be an industry evangelist and domain thought leader by blogging, engaging with social and technical media, and speaking/presenting at customer and industry events.
  • You will help plan and drive the execution of new offering go-to-market activities
    and support ecosystem enablement.

This position will require being able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of customer-facing B2B commercial experience.
  • 3+ years of Product Management & Marketing with Technical Product Input and P&L responsibilities or oversight, including owning or executing complete lifecycle product management from early adopter engagements to public launches to end-ofsales and end-of-support.

  • 5+ years of cache-coherent SoC/ASICs experience, including strong familiarity with the Arm and RISC-V architectures and ecosystem (CPU, interfaces, System IP).

You will frequently be tasked with telling the 'story' of Arteris cache-coherent solutions for both internal and external channels, including technical industry media.
