The Role

The People & Culture team at AiDash is dedicated to building relationships, programs, and practices that empower our mission, leaders, and AiDashians to thrive. As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating across the People team and other functions to ensure our systems and processes effectively support our stakeholders. You will oversee our People tech stack and leverage data insights across the employee lifecycle, serving as a key resource in enhancing AiDash’s foundational infrastructure as we embark on our next phase of growth domestically and internationally. 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing People Operations across all our global locations—India, the UK, the US, and Australia—working closely with regional teams to ensure consistency in processes and approaches. 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the People team and IT to optimize and enhance our existing tech stack for continued growth and operational efficiency 
  • Oversee People Operations across all global locations (India, UK, US, and Australia), ensuring consistency in processes and approaches with regional teams 
  • Evaluate different HRIS options, and lead the transition to a new HRIS from Namely 
  • Develop processes and documentation to facilitateexecutive decision-making and tracking, ensuring adherence to existing policies and procedures 
  • Conduct analyses using People data to generate insights that inform decision-making at both the company and department levels, working closely with CPO and Head of Talent.  
  • Drive and participate in compliance audits and filings, partnering with the broader People & Culture and G&A teams 
  • Manage the US Payroll while also working with our teams in remote locations to ensure that our processes are both compliant and consistent 
  • Track and report against team and departmental goals and deliverables in the People Ops space, supporting metrics and progress updates 

What we're looking for:

  • 10+  years of experience in the People Operations and/or Customer Service space. 
  • Experience with mid-market People tech solutions (e.g., Namely, Ease, Expensify, Lever, The Standard, etc) 
  • Customer support mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure situations while demonstrating empathy and professionalism 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets to derive insights and support informed business decisions 
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in People-related fields, such as PII, compensation, and SOX controls, with the ability to research and adapt to global compliance changes 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely 
  • Proven ability to partner across departments and teams for roadmap planning and execution, with a track record of identifying priorities, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly to change

We offer a competitive base pay range for this full-time position, which is between $150,000 and $180,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for new hires.
