Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

MNTN's Product Marketing team is looking for a seasoned, creative, and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to strategize, execute, measure, and optimize a partner marketing program that expands MNTN’s ecosystem and helps MNTN and its partners grow. This person will engage existing partners, identify new partner marketing opportunities, and get support from the MNTN events team on execution. In short, we’re looking for a candidate who can build on what already exists, imagine an even better future state, and help us achieve it.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a plan to attract partner marketing commitments and support by leveraging MNTN and its marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technology partners (e.g. Rockerbox), agency partners (e.g. ATTN), and pro sports partners (e.g. Alpine F1 racing) to identify, execute, and measure co-marketing initiatives, including events and co-op ad campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new partners and partnership opportunities.
  • Expand MNTN’s owned and operated webinar platform, MNTN Forums.
  • Identify and coordinate partnerships with third parties for webinars, events (live and virtual), and other sponsorship opportunities. 
  • Analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Adjust strategies and plans based on performance to optimize results.
  • People-management responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience and a record of achievement in partner marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Creativity and vision to make the most out of existing partner marketing opportunities and imagine new ones.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills, as well as the skills needed to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and grow relationships with partners.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset needed to synthesize the impact of partner marketing on MNTN’s growing partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in advertising is desired but not necessary.
