As a Senior Manager of UX Design, you will lead end-to-end client engagements to strategize and design intelligent applications using a human-centric approach. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams across product management, data science and engineering, application engineering and business strategy to deliver transformative user experiences. You will lead UX research, strategy, and design to ensure that the products we develop not only leverage cutting-edge technology but are also grounded in real human needs and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead UX strategy for projects involving Gen AI and intelligent applications, ensuring alignment between end users, business objectives and engineering.
End-to-End Design Oversight: Oversee all phases of the UX process—from discovery and research, to wireframing, prototyping, and final design—ensuring high-quality user-centered outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior/executive clients and their teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints to effectively steer a project from initiation through delivery.
AI Product Design Expertise: Understand the interaction models of advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to inform the design of intelligent user interfaces and personalized experiences.
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends, bringing a forward-thinking approach to UX design that anticipates future needs and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and AI experts to ensure that UX design is effectively integrated into product development and delivery.
Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years at a senior or management level.
Leadership & Strategy: Demonstrated ability to lead UX strategy, manage teams, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
User-Centered Approach: Deep understanding of UX research methods, user testing, and the ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of front-end technologies and the unique challenges of designing for intelligent applications and AI-driven platforms.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with AI/ML technologies and platforms.
Bonus: Knowledge or experience designing AI products, intelligent systems, or complex digital ecosystems, with a strong understanding of Gen AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
