Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the tools used across the supply chain, including ERP, supply planning, purchasing, product lifecycle management, warehouse management, and vendor management systems. As we scale, we are looking for someone with expertise in supply chain best practices who can drive efficiency by streamlining processes, improving data integrity, and implementing new software solutions.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver to the Business Needs: Assess supply chain gaps, weaknesses, inefficiencies; document system requirement review; and work to solve through systems/processes/tools
  • Tool Ownership and Management: Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of supply chain software tools, including NetSuite and other third-party systems. Ensure these tools meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing tools and processes (e.g., reliance on Google Sheets, manual workflows) and implement best-in-class solutions to improve accuracy, automation, and scalability
  • Vendor and Software Evaluation: Evaluate new software and tools that align with the business's long-term goals. Lead RFPs, selection and onboarding process for new tools
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of tools and systems. Facilitate training and ensure system adoption across teams
  • Data Management and Accuracy: Establish best practices for data management, ensuring the integrity and reliability of data used for planning, purchasing, product lifecycle management, and vendor management
  • System Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine system performance, proposing and leading upgrades or new system integrations where needed
  • Reporting and Analytics: Leverage tools to generate actionable insights and support decision-making across supply chain functions
  • Support Expansion and Scaling: As the business expands, ensure that the tools and systems in place are capable of supporting growth, particularly as we transition from manual to automated processes

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a supply chain role, with a strong background in managing and optimizing supply chain systems, including ERP tools like NetSuite. Experience with product lifecycle management, vendor management, and planning tools is essential
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with planning and other supply chain management tools (NetSuite a plus). Familiarity with system integrations, data management, and automation solutions. Experience in software selection, implementation, and project management
  • Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, including planning, purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management
  • Demand Forecasting: Provide expertise to support demand forecasting and ensure the tools used in the supply chain team support accurate and actionable forecasts for manufacturing and fulfillment operations
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance
  • Project Management: Experience leading cross-departmental projects with a focus on tool optimization and process improvements

Compensation:

  • $130,000 - $160,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
