This Position

The Senior Manager of Professional Services will oversee multiple teams within VikingCloud's service delivery unit, ensuring exceptional customer experience, project execution, and team development. The role includes direct client engagement, team management, quality assurance, and driving business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability management, and client delivery practices in the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service delivery teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives.
• Oversee client assessments, quality assurance, and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Engage directly with clients to scope projects and conduct debriefs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Develop and manage team performance metrics and professional growth plans.
• Ensure alignment with compliance standards and internal methodologies.
• Contribute to corporate blogs, webinars, and security conferences.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing and performing numerous customer assessments
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity and professional services.
• Proven leadership experience in managing service delivery teams.
• Proficient in penetration testing tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
• Strong expertise in network protocols, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Experience working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience with client engagement, project scoping, and delivery.
• Can mentor team members technically and from a career perspective
• Proficient in any of the following scripting languages: BASH, Python, Perl & Ruby
• Proficient in OWASP Top 10, SANS 25, and many similar vulnerability types
• A strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
• Hacker Mindset is a must

Degree/Certification Required:

Certifications like OSCP, OSWP, OSEP, OSCE, OSWE, or CISSP are preferred but not mandatory.
