Key Responsibilities:
Review and provide monthly / quarterly gap analysis of monthly regional and country level financials against operating plan
Have deep dive session with the country/regional operational leaders to identify opportunity areas
Review and provide monthly status of regional productivity, risks and mitigation
Provide weekly updates on regional performance – client wins, focus areas and update on key programs
Prepare review presentation for regional financial reviews, business reviews and other reviews
Ensure all adhoc local, regional and global requirement of information is timely provided
Maintain FTE monitoring and update trackers accordingly
Work closely with ops support lead on the key programs and initiatives to support growth and productivity
Seek and share best practices from other regions through frequent engagement with other Ops and BI leads.
Responsible to produce, manage and control hub performance metrics such as Productivity, Attrition, Pipeline, Bench, Avg Cost/FTE, Avg Cost/Unit, Utilisation rate etc
Maintain Portfolio of HUB Services, related SLOs and SLAs
Cost Control & Forecast, work with Finance to recharge costs to countries for provided services as per defined allocation model
Drive continuous business process improvement, develop solutions and tools and deliver on the promise of automation, digitization and efficiency.
