Senior Manager, Media Planning

We are looking to add a Senior Manager, Media Planning to our remote dentsuX team. You will join a supportive team and work with a large national dental brand.

You will serve in an important mid-level role with an opportunity for growth, reporting directly to the Director, Client Solutions and Planning. This critical role will help manage the daily tasks of the wider team ensuring we continue to meet client goals. You will also demonstrate their knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) while using available media research and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines: TV, CTV, OLV, Display, Social, SEM
  • Coordinate with multi-channel teams to share strategic plans and thinking
  • Gain understanding of client's business to support strategy and recommendations
  • Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans
  • Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
  • Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
  • Record keeping for large budgets with excel (can perform complex functions) documentation and flowcharts
  • Manage invoices and billing and support actualization process
  • 2+ years of total experience in a large agency setting
  • Exposure to SEM management, 2+ years
  • 2+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape
  • Experience with Excel, Media Ocean, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Tableau, other media research tools
  • Understand how to develop client relationships
  • Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams
  • Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,400 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
