About the Role
Join Industrious as the Senior Manager of Marketing, where you will lead the launch of our new locations across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for building the brand and driving demand for new members in our spaces. The Industrious brand is currently underdeveloped in the EU and UK markets. Therefore, we need you to adapt our global brand positioning, tone of voice, and brand mission to resonate with European and UK business decision-makers (BDMs).
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager of Marketing at Industrious, you will face new challenges daily, but your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies targeting key Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments in your markets.
- Design a comprehensive two-year strategy to drive current growth and position the business for future revenue needs.
- Content & Thought Leadership:
- Understand the impact of a proper Earned Media strategy and use your connections to get positive news out in the press consistently with some level of predictability
- Lead the creation and execution of content and creative strategies for the EU/UK markets, aligning with Industrious’s brand positioning and adapting it to European markets.
- Develop a consistent and impactful content engine to cut through market noise and address the needs and wants of our ICP audiences.
- Administration and Project Management:
- Maintain accurate budget allocation strategies, ensuring budgets are met, overages are minimized, and every dollar delivers positive ROI.
- Act as a key liaison between Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, and Tech teams in the central corporate team.
- Broker & Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Industry Expertise
- Communicate effectively with Heads of Real Estate, Talent, and C-Suite executives through written, video, verbal, and event-based marketing initiatives.
- Possess a firm understanding of the Broker industry and its impact on the flexible office space industry.
- Paid Media and Advertising:
- Manage paid marketing channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Programmatic Marketing Platforms, and Online Video.
- Oversee media planning, spend allocations, and recommendations for all paid marketing programs, ensuring comprehensive coverage of buyer personas, product lines, and target markets.
- Utilize data to create actionable insights and implement these insights into campaign activations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years experience in Marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B industries (SaaS, CRE, Marketing, Flexible Office Space, etc)
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic planning for future team development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and build a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of the commercial real estate and broker industry.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid media and advertising channels.
- Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with the ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
