Are you prepared to be the driving force behind a cutting-edge marketing operation? We're seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the helm of integrating and optimizing our marketing technology stack, overseeing key tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others. Your expertise in CRM workflows and data-driven marketing strategies will be instrumental in shaping our B2B outreach and lead generation efforts. 

With your analytical prowess, you'll dissect performance metrics, and ensure our marketing strategies align with company goals and deliver maximum ROI. You will: 
- Tech Stack Mastery: Drive the integration and management of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Analytics, Demandbase, Zoom Webinar, and ZoomInfo, focusing on streamlined operations and high data quality.
- CRM and Workflow Innovation: Develop and optimize CRM workflows in HubSpot, enhancing efficiency and customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Marketing Strategy: Maintain impeccable data quality and keep our contact lists meticulously up-to-date, ensuring the backbone of our marketing efforts is always accurate and reliable. Harness performance marketing channels and intent data for targeted, effective B2B strategies and lead generation.
- Analytical Campaign Management: Oversee marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI and inform decision-making.
Collaborative Revenue Growth: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing with the company's Go-To-Market strategy, and accurately forecast revenue goals.

You are
- Passionate about marketing ops, embracing the challenge of driving growth and pipeline development with data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in creating hypotheses, testing, and refining strategies, and turning insights into actionable growth plans.
- Draw inspiration from every challenge, blending analytics prowess with creative thinking to innovate in the marketing landscape.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a proven track record in building and optimizing marketing technology stacks.
- Essential experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM workflows. Familiarity with Demandbase or 6Sense would be an asset.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation channels.
- Strong experience in a B2B environment for a global company.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
