Senior Manager - Marketing Integration Lead

Location Details: EMEA, Remote - Romania or Serbia

We are looking for an Integration Lead with expertise in paid digital marketing to focus on omnichannel (search, social, display/video) strategy, measurement, and account management!

The Senior Manager, Integration Lead is a senior-manager level position within our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director, Integration Lead over GDI regions. This role will serve as a strategic resource located in an optimum time zone (preferably EU) and ideally will be able to assist with data pulls, automation of reporting, and contribute strategic research necessary to craft GDI regional media buys. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a multifaceted technology environment.

What you'll get to do...

  • Work with the Director of Media Strategy, Operators, Local Market, and Operators to identify performance opportunities and craft quarterly/annual media plans
  • Responsible for collaboration between Strategy, Local Markets, and Operators to produce:
    • Quarterly/Annual Channel mix recommendations
    • Quarterly/Annual Audience Target Recommendations
    • Quarterly/Annual Goal setting
    • Quarterly/Annual strategic presentations
  • Actively involved in research identifying potential audience, channel, or platform expansion for testing
  • Lead all aspects of paid media campaign budgets & critical metric monitoring:
    • Ownership over all up media spend by the market by month and year and establishing a clear KPI feedback loop
    • Collaborate with local GTM and campaign operators to monitor and communicate spend pacing
    • Identify critical metric anomalies and evolving tactics with operators to correct them
    • Find opportunities for budget optimisation based on intra-month performance trends
  • Assist with Data Pulls, Merging of Data, and Automation of Report Building
  • Utilise SQL queries to extract relevant data from the internal databases
  • Develop scripts in Python to scrape data from external sources such as social media platforms, industry databases, etc.
  • Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Employ SQL joins and Python libraries like pandas to merge datasets based on common identifiers
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive insights and identify patterns
  • Use statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to interpret findings
  • Develop automated scripts in Python to generate reports on marketing campaign performance
  • Integrate data visualisation libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn to build visually appealing reports
  • Schedule automated report generation using tools like cron jobs or task schedulers
  • Craft and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Dash
  • Incorporate dynamic features allowing partners to filter and drill down into data

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of proven experience within one or more of the following channels/platforms: social (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter), search (Google & Bing Ads), OLV (YouTube) or display (YouTube, GDN, DV360, etc.)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • 1+ years of Account Management experience or equivalent strategy support role
  • SQL, Python coding or equivalent technical skills
  • Working knowledge of product economics and how to calculate – LTV, CAC, ROAS, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with manipulating & reporting on complex data sets. Familiarity with corresponding tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel pivot tables
  • A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and be flexible in changing environments
  • A highly developed bias toward action and a strong self-starter; ability to drive initiatives independently while also being closely coordinated with other teams
  • Good English skills – both verbal and written
