The Lifecycle Marketing Team at Thumbtack is dedicated to delivering personalized, data-driven experiences that engage, convert, and retain our pros and consumers. We leverage cutting-edge marketing technology and automation to create seamless, impactful journeys across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. We’re seeking an experienced highly technical marketer to define and lead the marketing vision and roadmap for our CRM capabilities. This role will oversee both internal and third-party tools that drive promotional and transactional content across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels. As Marketing’s main point of contact with our MarTech teams, you’ll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring that resources are focused on solving the most critical business challenges. You will also own product and feature adoption, developing processes, training, and documentation so that CRM teams are able to unlock the full potential of our CRM capabilities.
