Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager to join our Market Partnerships and Performance team.

This role will execute on Oscar's company-wide goals and develop market-specific strategies to drive growth and strong financial performance. This role will focus on driving strategic, streamlined, and collaborative partnerships with our largest health system & provider partners.
As the Senior Manager of Market Partnerships and Performance, you will facilitate short and long-term strategic partnership planning, build external-facing relationships with our largest current and potential health system & provider partners, and partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, product, clinical, legal, actuarial, sales and marketing, data, etc.) to ensure our provider partners have the information and support they need to provide best-in-class member care and drive quality outcomes.
This role also has the opportunity to grow into broader ideation, development, and execution of other market growth and financial performance initiatives.
You will report to the South Florida Market Leader (Associate Director of Market P&L).

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $144,000- $189,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
