Join the AI Services team at ServiceNow, where we are dedicated to creating a cutting-edge AI Platform. Our focus is on innovation and developing smart user experiences. We manage the entire software development lifecycle, core abstractions, and operations of ServiceNow's core AI Platform components.

Your Role: 

  • Team Management: Lead and oversee ML projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional growth of your team members. 

  • Strategic Planning: Drive the long-term vision of the team and align execution with company priorities. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, Quality Engineers, Program Managers, Information Security Engineers, and Product Legal Counsels to produce high-quality, secure software artifacts. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • 8+ years in Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.  
  • At least 4 years in Software Engineering Management. 

Skills:  

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, GoLang, and JavaScript/TypeScript/React.  
  • Strong grasp of OOP, Design Patterns, efficient algorithms, and quality software development.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $192,700 - $337,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
