Senior Manager, Logistics Operations & Import Export Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functionalities of Inbound and Outbound Logistics and Import Export Compliance operations.
• Responsible maintaining the efficiencies of the operations and compliance.
• Responsible on the business workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible driving continuous improvements thru process streamlining and data digitization.
• Maintain and comply to the Company’s license requirements and renewal.
• Work with relevant government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Managing team performance and operational issues.
• Work with internal stakeholders driving operational excellence.
• Project Management, Audits, People Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management or in disciplines of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum five (5) year’s work experiences in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Knowledge of License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW), Import Export and Logistics/Warehouse Operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Meticulous, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with result-oriented mindset in a fast-pace environment.
• Result oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Continuously look for improvements to operations.
• Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
