Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced person to join our dynamic team as a Program Manager in the Business Vertical for Liabilities and Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our product value proposition for savings and current account liabilities. This role involves overseeing policy reviews, customer communication, and campaigns, both informative and regulatory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and payments, with a proven track record of driving business growth and program success.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance the value proposition for savings and current account products to ensure competitiveness and customer appeal
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product enhancements
• Lead & manage end-to-end program delivery, ensure timely & successful implementation of initiatives
• Execute campaigns to drive user acquisition, user activation, balance build-up and cross sell
• Drive adoption of existing benefits, digital channel, and activation of dormant accounts
• Work with Data Analytics team on propensity models and business rules engines to enhance customer product penetration and new acquisition outcomes.
Develop and monitor program KPIs and performance metrics
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability
• Analyze business performance and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making
• Oversee the development, implementation, & review of policies related to CASA & FD products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Design & execute customer communication strategies & campaigns that are informative & regulatory
• Develop and manage communication plans to ensure customers are well-informed about product features, benefits, and changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to savings and current account products
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to communicate program progress and outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualification
• Post-Graduation or MBA in Business, Finance or related field
• 10-14 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge on banking products and related regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and deliver results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
