We are expanding globally and looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive our international media strategy as we grow in new markets worldwide.

Position Overview:

As Senior Manager, International Media, you will develop and execute global media strategies that build awareness, drive acquisition and engagement in key international markets outside of the US.  This role is highly cross-functional - you’ll partner with internal Oura teams: integrated and product marketing, international retail teams, ecommerce, marketing operations, and analytics teams, as well as our global media agency. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, from strategy alignment, to capturing business requirements, to planning, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. 

What You Will Do:

  • Be responsible for the vision and execution of omnichannel media campaigns across Linear TV, VOD, Podcast/Streaming Audio, Out Of Home, Retail Media Networks, digital and social channels
  • Execute flawlessly against local and global strategies driving growth, report on results and recommend next steps on scaling
  • Identify new tactics to diversify media mix across broad audiences and international markets
  • Conduct regular, extensive experimentation to facilitate rapid learning & application of any insights
  • Partner with our Ecomm team to experiment with new landing page content, format, and designs, improving conversion
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to maximize ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with our external agency to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Work closely with regional cross-functional partners to action on demand/ supply insights and seasonal moments to capitalize on,  into campaigns where appropriate

Requirements

We would like it if you have:

  • 7+ years of relevant media/growth experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company. 
  • An agile marketer who is comfortable with an evolving team structure, and willing and able to put on many hats and balance multiple projects
  • Solid track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale B2C campaigns and cross-functional projects. 
  • Experience with Retail Media Networks
  • Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.) and reporting tools like Tableau
  • Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
  • Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and make actionable media decisions.
  • Strong ownership mindset: motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges. You have a growth mindset and readily look for feedback on how to improve.
  • Bias for action and learning: You’ll constantly try new growth ideas in this role
  • Structured, data-driven problem-solving: you are able to analyze and design solutions to ambiguous problems in ambiguous environments. You have the ability to analyze data to uncover insights and are adept at clearly explaining your analysis and conclusions.
  • “Hackiness” and creativity: You’re constantly generating new ideas to test and you do whatever it takes to get your projects over the finish line.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • £83,000 - £103,000 (Base Only)
