In only seven years, and with a team of over 75% women, Mejuri has shipped over one million orders and opened retail stores across the globe, all while introducing new products weekly.
 
As part of Noura’s original vision to empower women to invest in themselves, the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and non-binary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. Mejuri continues to reach new customers through exciting community initiatives and expansion into international markets, such as the UK, Australia and Germany.

As the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, Core Business you hold an integral role in our dynamic marketing team. Your portfolio is what drives the business day to day. It includes our bestsellers, our iconic collections and the opportunity to deeply connect our brand to our products. The role also represents responsibility for our largest commercial moments in the calendar.  Your expertise in brand, business and omni-channel marketing strategy will contribute to Mejuri's continued growth and success.

The Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, Core Business will be responsible for becoming the expert on the Earrings and Piercing category. They must be deeply connected and engaged with cross functional partners across the organization so that they ultimately become the go to person in the company to drive the strategy and execution of the Earrings portfolio. They will need to have a strong POV on the P&L, demand planning, and vision for the category.

Their knowledge of brand building and the core business will put them in a position to nurture and advise on emerging retail services and brand equity driving work streams.

What you'll do

  • Create an annual brand plan for the category, that ladders to the company AOP, takes into account the holistic jobs to be done, the triggers and barriers to success and priority tactics to employ to address the triggers and barriers. 
  • Develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that combines seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content programs, channel-by-channel content deliverables, strategic activations, go-to-market plans, and brand partnerships.
  • Work in partnership with commercial and brand teams to develop an external and internal view of what is influencing the category and the core consumer, distilling this information into “so what's” that can be leveraged in management of the category
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for the portfolio to future proof the strategy 
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of evergreen strategy and brand campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and drive brand awareness 
  • Develop and lead briefings that inspire best in class creative output and deliver clear commercial impact 
  • Develop clear measurement plans and KPIs with cross functional teams that maximize the advantages of different platforms.
  • Craft end-to-end campaign plans across marketing channels (Digital, Social, Site, Visual, PR, Email, Retail, etc.) that share a cohesive, consistent brand voice and visual identity 
  • Routinely present updated and optimized marketing strategies and plans. Report performance results, and learnings
  • Continuously analyze and report on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the Sr. Director, in P&L management 
  • Build an internal network of close cross functional collaborators that drive clarity, efficiency and excellence across the organization 
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to drive integrated marketing programs that deliver against key metrics. Teams include: Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply, Customer Service, Retail, Wholesale Operations.
  • Work in partnership with the international team to develop truly global frameworks that are relevant and responsive to local markets 

What you'll bring to the team

Experience 

  • Proven track record in development impactful brand planning and execution 
  • Experience managing and developing brands that have a clear POV and participate in the cultural zeitgeist 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through previous experience working in a startup environment or through proactive proposals within an established brand environment 
  • Strong brand building skills proven out in a number of different operating environments and brand scenarios 
  • Deep appreciation and knowledge of brand development foundations (positioning, identity, narrative)
  • A working understanding of growth, retention and digital product process, and KPIs
  • Proven ability to both roll up your sleeves and deliver on the details and step back and create a category driving vision

Location Toronto, Bloor St W.
At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another. This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week
