Senior Manager Human Resources (IFS Acquired / Portfolio Companies)

We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Senior Manager Human Resources who will lead and drive the setting up of our new business entity. This role will play a critical role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support the overall goals and objectives of our portfolio companies.

This role will have to set up the HR team and be responsible for all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across portfolio company senior leadership/functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals.
  • Set up a highly dynamic, effective & efficient Talent Acquisition engine to deliver the recruitment requirements and build the employer brand.
  • Establish & embed all relevant HR processes, policies and practices.
  • Lead the execution of HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management.
  • Act as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best-in-class work environment.
  • Manage the Human Resources budget.
  • Monitoring key HR metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Years of progressive experience in HR management, with 6-8 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational growth and success.
  • Experience/ exposure in setting up organizations & teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and programs.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics preferred.
