We are helping transform the way that the People and Places Team delivers service to employees.
As the Senior Manager of HR Shared Services you will help build and lead our India based Human Resources Shared Services team that will support Toast employees around the globe. You will play a pivotal role in innovating and updating our delivery model, focused on providing exceptional service to our employees at scale. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-centric mindset, a proven ability to leverage technology & processes to elevate the employee experience and experience building and managing a shared services team.
This role reports functionally to the Senior Director, Talent Operations & dotted line to the In- Country People Leader.
