McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking Business Core team member to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and the data, analytics, and AI teams.
You will serve as a liaison, representing the voice of the business during the development of the process and governance framework that will bring the new function to life. This individual will leverage their expertise in Data, Analytics, and AI processes as well as their excellent communication skills to inform the design of key capabilities like demand intake and funding through the lens of the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
Human Centric Design: Experience with solving problems from the outset using a Human centric design approach and uses Agile principles to work towards the solution.
•Data and AI Experience: Strong business experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.
•Data and AI Product Expertise: Experience building and deploying data and analytics products, technology, business intelligence, data management, or related fields, using agile methods.
•Cross-functional Experience: Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and managing complex projects.
•Impact Focused: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business value through data-driven initiatives.
•Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale data and analytics initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
