Position: Senior Manager, Facility Management

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Coordinate and oversee all facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and installations.

• Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and plan for future needs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address facility-related challenges and opportunities.

• Utilize innovative technology solutions to streamline facility management processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

• Plan and execute facility layout and workspace design changes, ensuring functionality, ergonomic considerations, and employee satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure the continuous operation of equipment, systems, and utilities.

• Supervise and monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale environment.

• In-depth knowledge of facility management best practices, building systems, and related regulations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management.

• Proficient in using facility management software and technology tools.

• Relevant certifications in facility management, project management, or related fields are highly desirable.
