(Senior) Manager, FP&A

Please note that this position is based in Berlin, Germany - relocation support is provided if required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Synthesize and distill key financial business insights for leadership - analyze results, identify key metrics, and communicate risks & opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to closely monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial and data models for growth and product initiatives, supporting business cases.
  • Drive process improvements and scalable financial solutions to support future growth.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You possess exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working with financial data to guide decisions, breaking down complex issues into clear insights and actionable plans.
  • With strong communication and collaboration skills, you build persuasive business cases and inspire others to follow. You remain calm under pressure, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Naturally curious and motivated, you're committed to impactful results. You embrace challenges and consistently deliver quality, even on tight deadlines.
  • 5+ years of finance experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.

 

Bonus

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Background in consumer tech or financial services.
