WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Synthesize and distill key financial business insights for leadership - analyze results, identify key metrics, and communicate risks & opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to closely monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial and data models for growth and product initiatives, supporting business cases.
- Drive process improvements and scalable financial solutions to support future growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You possess exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working with financial data to guide decisions, breaking down complex issues into clear insights and actionable plans.
- With strong communication and collaboration skills, you build persuasive business cases and inspire others to follow. You remain calm under pressure, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Naturally curious and motivated, you're committed to impactful results. You embrace challenges and consistently deliver quality, even on tight deadlines.
- 5+ years of finance experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Bonus
- Experience with SQL.
- Background in consumer tech or financial services.
