Your Job
You will help define our ERP strategy around ongoing design and execution, ensuring it effectively supports business processes and objectives. In this role, you will execute strategic plans, lead implementation initiatives and continuous improvement of ERP solutions to optimize data integrity, operational efficiency and business outcome delivery. This position requires a strong technical background in ERP, Planning & Financial applications, project/program management, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP and Planning applications with business needs, manage vendor relationships and lead support teams that will help the organization achieve and maintain a stable and responsive portfolio of applications. You will manage costs to budget and prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders, driving measurable value from the early to the late stages of such initiatives. Given Brooks has a buy versus build strategy, you will lead a team charged with developing processes, integrating and configuring systems selected to meet the needs of the business leveraging the systems we have to their fullest capacity.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Management

Contribute to IT Strategic Plan and Execute: Formulate and execute the strategy for ERP, planning, financial and legal systems, and integration solutions, aligning them with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.

Portfolio management: Oversee the management of solution portfolio for Enterprise Solutions, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements. Evaluate and prioritize objects based on strategic alignment, return on investment and risk. Perform ongoing buy-build-customization analyses for current and future components of the portfolio. Identify opportunities for system modernization, integration, automation and rationalization.

Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the future vision and improvements for enterprise applications for ERP, Planning, Finance and Legal systems.

Budget Management: Provide input to budget enterprise applications, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Vendor Management: Liaise with ERP and other solution/service vendors and consultants to negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

Operational excellence: Safeguard the reliability, availability and performance of our enterprise applications. Implement best practices for application life cycle management, including development, deployment, maintenance and support. Manage master data across applications.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional IT Teams: Work closely with other IT team members and leaders to effectively deliver on cross-functional priorities

Collaboration with Business Leaders: Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that enterprise applications support their objectives.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations and upgrades.
ERP System Management

System Oversight: Manage the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP system to ensure they meet business needs.

User Training and Support: Ensure that end-users are properly trained and supported in using ERP systems, enhancing their efficiency and productivity.

Forecasting and Planning Tools: Oversee the deployment and optimization of planning tools that support, demand forecasting, and supply planning.

Integration with Business Processes: Ensure that planning systems are integrated with relevant business processes and systems to provide comprehensive data and insights.
Financial and Legal Systems Management

Financial Systems: Manage the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient financial operations.

Legal Systems: Oversee the deployment and management of legal systems to support contract management, compliance tracking, and legal document management.
System Integration

Integration Strategy Support: Support the Enterprise strategy for integrating applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Middleware and APIs: Oversee the use of middleware and APIs to facilitate integrations, ensuring that systems communicate effectively and efficiently.

Data Management: Ensure that data integrity, consistency, and accuracy are maintained across integrated systems.
Leadership and Team Management

Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, including developers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Refine team processes that help remove friction for the team.

Performance Management: Set performance goals and expectations, conduct HR Sprint Reviews and implement strategies to ensure high team performance and morale.

Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience. Additional higher education and/or technical certifications a plus!
- 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring/customizing, and maintaining Enterprise Applications in retail/fashion industry.
- 5+ years in a leadership role accountable for enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of experience managing Tier 1 ERP technologies; Infor M3 preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing Tier 1 Supply Chain Planning & Management technologies. Kinaxis preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with delivering on Enterprise Integrations leveraging integration technologies, including middleware, APIs, and data integration tools. Infor OS/ION preferred.
- Certifications in Project Management, Agile, and ITIL a plus.
- Strategic-thinking and planning capability. Expert in tactical capacity planning.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing large-scale IT projects.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as Infor M3 preferred. Familiarity with business planning and forecasting tools and methodologies. Kinaxis, preferred.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $153,675-245,880 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
