What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them through the development process, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure backend systems, including APIs, microservices, and data storage solutions
Architect and develop systems that handle large volumes of data efficiently and effectively within a Big Data ecosystem
Oversee the development and maintenance of real-time data processing services, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing solutions
Ensure the team’s output is of the highest quality, adhering to best practices in coding, architecture, and security
Act as the primary technical representative for the India-based team, liaising with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with strategic goals
Drive continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and integrating new technologies into our backend systems
