What does this role involve
- You will lead one of our technology area
- You will be responsible for maintenance and development of one of Allegro domain
- You will prepare a technology vision for one of Allegro domain, will finalize further strategy architecture and connection between Your domain and other Allegro technology areas
- You will manage technology dependency between your domain and other areas in main Allegro platform
- You will develop technical strategy architecture for your domain and align with other tech managers (around 40 engaged teams)
- You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring & hiring team members
- You will be responsible for introducing best coding practices and support the team in implementing new product features.
- You will be acting as contact person, budget owner and lead for external teams from contractor agencies
