Position: Senior Manager, EHS
What You Will Do?

Strategy and policy:
- Contribute to the development of the company's EHS policies, goals, and strategies.
- Identify EHS-related laws and requirements of stakeholders and develop standards and guidelines accordingly.

Setting and Deploying Goals and annual improvement plan/budget:
- Develop an annual safety and health improvement plan (including budget) for FC(Fulfillment Centers) EHS.
- Compile and monitor annual EHS improvement plan to achieve EHS goals.
- Risk management including risk assessment (TRA, JSA, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.)

Organization development:
- Evaluate EHS operating organizations, processes, and systems, and propose and implement changes and improvements.
- Deploy company-wide EHS standards to implementation in FC and provide necessary training, guidance, and guidance.

People management and development:
- Lead EHS training and workshops to improve the awareness of employee
- Develop tools for capability building such as EHS competence guideline required for each function, and capability assessment.

Knowledge and information management:
- Identify and analyze the latest internal and external safety and health knowledge and information and use them for safety and health improvement activities.
- Analyze data and information related to laws, company standards, and safety and health activities, establish improvement plans, and keep records.
- Projects:
- Define a portfolio of health and safety performance improvement projects, develop plans and manage and coordinate the implementation of projects.
- Development of programs to create a safety culture.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in EHS management for a major corporation.
- A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices of EHS management.
- Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to deliver complex projects.
