Operational Excellence:

Experience:

Design Leadership: Significant experience in a design management or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality design projects on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience facilitating effective collaboration between design teams and other departments, ensuring aligned objectives and seamless communication.

Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness within a design context.
Skills, Knowledge, and Systems:
