Roles and Responsibilities
Role:
As Manager – Performance Marketing at Myntra, you will lead New user Acquisition, Traffic and Re-marketing initiatives for India’s largest fashion e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be driving a direct business impact in terms of new user acquisition and traffic to the platform. You will have complete ownership over the Meta, Google channels and affiliate channels to drive strategy for the performance marketing function, while controlling one of the largest budgets in the Indian industry. You will be required to be a dynamic leader to a high performing team, with deep expertise in performance marketing, along with a strong consumer-centric and data driven approach to flourish in this role.
Responsibilities:
Driving performance marketing strategy on Installs, Traffic and Remarketing
Leading the Google, Social & Affiliate channels in terms of planning and operations
Managing the performance marketing budget and ROI for Google, Social & Affiliate Channels
New initiatives on Google, Facebook and Snapchat testing out whitelisted properties, creating deeper partnerships
Leading the planning and delivery of various mid and large scale events through performance marketing Driving strategic projects along with internal and external stakeholders
Have hands-on experience on reporting and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Third-party App measurement platforms, etc
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscape
Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
