over 25 brands, catering to different lifestyle needs of consumers, from Jeanswear to Streetwear,
Western to Ethnic, Accessories to Footwear across all genders and age groups. Our portfolio of
brands cater to all consumers Men, Women, Youth & Kids. The latest addition in our portfolio is the
launch of Inner wear, Personal care & soft lines for home needs.

data-driven fashion technology company. We use data intelligence extensively to understand our
consumers and their preferences, the overall movement of key trends, and new opportunities. The
team uses an indigenously-designed tool called "Vorta" to guide overall buying and design
decisions.

Ether, and also include our celebrity-owned labels such as HRX by Hrithik Roshan, WROGN by Virat
Kohli, House of Pataudi by Saif ali khan etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Research seasonal trends, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling for all wovens categories
(winterwear & nonwinter wear)
Contribute in seasonal concepts development
Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate
color/prints
Create graphics & knits direction for the brand
Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
Responsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details
with high accuracy
Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team
Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
Contributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.
Qualifications & Experience
7-9 years’ experience and B.Des from NIFT/Pearl
Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of
youth culture
Strong Product/fabric/print techniques knowledge
Well rounded experience in Men’s wear design
Strong organisational skills and highly detail-oriented
Strong communication and articulation of ideas
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
