We are currently looking for a Senior Data & AI Consulting Manager to join our team!
What’s the role about?
As a Senior Data & AI Consulting Manager at Satori, you'll be right at the heart of where tech meets business. Your days will be varied and interesting - one part working directly with clients, helping them understand and use data and AI, and another part getting creative with marketing collateral and presales presentations. It's a mix of people skills, tech know-how, and a bit of marketing flair.
On any particular day you will be doing several of the following:
Client engagement: Liaise with client Stakeholders on a strategic level. Cultivate trust and understand their needs while being able to identify and communicate potential areas of cooperation and why proposed solutions are to mutual benefit of both parties. Lead client workshops and meetings to discern their needs, articulate sophisticated AI and data concepts in a comprehensible manner, and devise tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives. Act as their advisor and accumulate valuable feedback on Satori's engagement.
Frameworks and templates: Research and build standardized proprietary frameworks, templates, questionnaires, and more that make the client interactions easier, more valuable, and more professional.
Market Research: Delve into specific industries and prospect companies to uncover valuable insights. You'll be identifying potential use cases for our data and AI solutions, understanding industry trends, and gathering detailed information about prospective clients to inform our strategies and tailor our approach.
Content Creation: Craft high-quality, engaging collateral, including presentations, case studies, and digital content, that succinctly and clearly convey the value of our services.
Business Analysis: Dive deep into business processes to unearth opportunities for leveraging data and AI, ensuring our solutions closely match the client's strategic goals. Create clear success KPIs for each project.
Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams to translate client needs into viable data solutions and, reversely, technical insights and constraints into clear client communication. Ensure cohesive communication through our marketing efforts and client engagements.
Leadership and training: Help develop and standardize Satori Consulting practice and train, upskill and lead more junior team members.
